My Wellness Philosophy

I believe that true wellness shouldn’t interfere with your life – it should enhance it.  When you are eating unprocessed, wholesome foods, engaging in fulfilling relationships and work, and making time for your mental and physical health, you will inevitably be healthy and happy. There is not one best model that everyone can follow to find wellness, which is why I think it seems so elusive for many people.  When you google health and wellness you are bombarded with SO much conflicting information.  “You can’t be healthy unless you eat paleo.”  “If you don’t go vegan you will get diseases and die just like the animals you eat.” “If everyone meditated for an hour every day, world peace would be achieved.”   It goes on and on and on…. My goal is to help you cut through the bullshit and help you on your path to wellness without making your taste buds and friends hate you.  I will discuss different theories and techniques, but it is up to you to see what works best for you and your lifestyle.  Wellness isn’t a destination, it is a way of life, and I am excited to take this journey with you.
